Nails cut and filed, and hair under/around the pads is trimmed

The 3 Step Process includes Spray, Oral Irrigator and Gel

If an extra person is required to hold a pet to safely finish the grooming due to: Difficult Behaviour, Obese, or Senior Dogs

If coats are in extreme condition and dematting and/or shaving is necessary prior to bathing

Please warn us if you're pet has a history of biting other pet professionals so we can properly protect ourselves and your pet.

We require 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment. Less than that highly decreases the chance of us refilling that spot.

A missed appointment will result in having to pay a fee BEFORE we can put your pet on our schedule again. If a second appointment is missed, we reserve the right to remove you from our client list.

Our day is booked so we can be most efficient, even 1 pet arriving late can put us behind for the remainder of the day. If you arrive 15 minutes or more late, we will have to reschedule the appointment.
